New and improved version of an old classic! Glass noodle salad is a staple dish in any Thai home, so it was one of the first things I made when I left Thailand and was homesick! 1. I just fell in love with ur cooking and ur character! I've been living in Thailand for over a decade and I'm really surprised and impressed by your English! You're just like a native and no any of Thai accent! Subscribe to learn more about Thai Cooking from you! Thank you soooooo much for this lovely Yum Woon Sen recipe! I'm gonna cook it right now! 😀

  2. I use ramen noddles(oriental flavoring), ground pork, cucumbers, cilantro, onions, red-cabbage, peanuts, shrimp, lime juice, sambal-oelek, minced-garlic, scallions, and salsa.

  3. You said don't toss it until you're ready to eat it. For a potluck, can I keep all ingredients in the fridge until I'm ready? Is it OK to eat it cold? Or will it taste different?
